SoStudio supports productions at every stage, from coordinating recce visits and providing detailed location information, to managing documentation, contracts, invoicing, and payments—ensuring a smooth and transparent process throughout.

For confirmed bookings, we apply a commission fee of 10%–30% of the total booking value, depending on the scale and complexity of the production.

All locations represented by SoStudio have undergone a thorough onboarding process, with owners provided clear guidance on what to expect when their property is being considered, during recce visits, and throughout confirmed bookings.

SoStudio is a dedicated evolution of our established short-form production service, SoScout, which has successfully facilitated hundreds of location bookings across Ireland for stills, video, and digital content campaigns.

Through SoScout, we have built extensive experience working with location owners and production teams, giving us a strong understanding of the practical requirements, logistics, and expectations involved in coordinating shoots at scale.
