When a booking is confirmed, we charge a handling fee between 4% and 8% of the total booking value.

We take care of initial enquiries, organise location visits with productions, and handle all the necessary paperwork.

If you need professional photos or a video walkthrough, we can recommend a photographer and share their details with you.

In some cases, a member of the SoStudio team may visit to capture and document your property.

Please note, we currently work with locations that aren’t listed with other location agencies in Ireland.

SoStudio is a dedicated evolution of our established short-form production service, SoScout, through which we have successfully facilitated hundreds of location bookings across Ireland for stills, video, and digital content campaigns.

Through SoScout, we have worked closely with both location owners and production teams, giving us a strong, practical understanding of what is required at every stage—from initial enquiries and recce visits through to shoot-day coordination.

This experience means we understand the needs of productions, while also ensuring location owners are fully supported with clear communication, preparation guidance, and structured processes throughout.

SoStudio builds on this foundation, focusing specifically on the TV and film industry, where projects involve longer timelines, more detailed planning, and closer collaboration between all parties.
